How do I cancel my subscription on iOS?

Accepted Answer

Open the Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → VITAL → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access to Premium / Pro features until then. Subscriptions renew 24 hours before expiration, so cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I cancel my subscription on Android?

Accepted Answer

The Android version of VITAL isn't available yet — it's coming soon. Once released, you'll cancel in the Google Play app: profile picture at the top right → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → VITAL → Cancel subscription.

Question 3

I switched devices and my subscription is missing — what now?

Accepted Answer

Open VITAL → Profile → Subscription → tap “Restore Purchases”. Your active subscription tied to your Apple or Google account will sync within 5-10 seconds. If it still doesn't appear, write to info@vitalapp.hu and we'll sort it out fast.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Profile → “Delete account”. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: all your personal data — logs, photos and Coach history — is permanently erased from our servers (GDPR-compliant). Important: cancel any active subscription separately in the App Store; deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.

How do I turn off the AI Coach?

Accepted Answer

AI Coach use requires explicit consent. To revoke: Profile → Privacy → AI Coach toggle off. Your previous conversations are automatically deleted from the server within 90 days; you can also delete them manually any time from the Coach screen settings.

Question 6

I forgot my password — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

On the login screen, tap the “Forgot password” link and enter your email. We'll send you a password-reset link — open it on your phone, the VITAL app opens automatically and you can set a new password right away. If the link expires, request a new one from the same screen.

Question 7

How do I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Profile → Settings → “Download my data”. The export is machine-readable JSON containing all your logs (meals, sleep, water, vitamins, workouts) — your GDPR Art. 20 right to data portability. After downloading or sharing, you can delete it too.

How fast do you reply?

Within 24 hours on weekdays for info@vitalapp.hu inquiries. Weekends are a bit slower, but every email gets a reply. For data incidents (GDPR Art. 33), use info@vitalapp.hu — we prioritise those.
